The XO Bootcamp that we ran for 6 weeks in Hollyhedge Park, Wythenshawe became so popular SO quickly!  Sadly, the darkness and winter weather is setting in now and so during the winter months we are taking XO Bootcamp INDOORS.  We will be using the Sports Hall at the Seashell Trust, Heald Green (or do they call it Stanley Green?).  This is a super big space and to be extra cautious during the Covid pandemic the numbers will be strictly limited to 15 and controlled measures will be in place.

Whilst XO classes always give modifications, high and low options, it is recommended that you have a base level of fitness for this class.  It is a mix of interval and circuit training and you will need to bring a mat and dumbbells, water to drink and something warm to put on so you don’t get cold on the way home.  It is for both men and women.

You can PAYG £5 to try it out and after that you must book a block of 6 if you wish to continue.  This ensure you commit to yourself but is also essential as we only have limited spaces.
