Hi due to the Coronavirus lockdown all all workout classes are cancelled, but dont worry you can still enjoy an XO class in the comfort of you own home. Here is my weekly timetable. A programme of 4 x super classes to compliment each other. You are going to LOVE exercise..don't believe me? come and have a go, once your hooked, your hooked! You'll feel a great sense of achievement, it is for ALL fitness levels, you will LOVE the music and whilst you are busy enjoying yourself let our programme of exercise give you some great results. How to Book

Prices for online XO ciZe Classes:

£2.50 per class

£6.00 per week
(attend any or all of the classes on the current weekly timetable @May 2020 making it £1.50 per class – BARGAIN!)

PLEASE reference what you are paying for, I will then email your links and passwords to the class/es to the email address you have given via PayPal. Please do not share your links or passwords with anyone else. Thank you x

Online Class Instructions

  • Download Zoom on your phone, iPad, computer, tablet. It is FREE to download and use.
  • When logged into Zoom request to “join a meeting” using the meeting ID and password that I email to you once payment received.
  • Make sure you join the meeting using video and audio so you can hear and see the class.
  • Login 10 mins before the class is due to start. Meeting is locked at start time so don’t get locked out!
  • You will need to mute your mic once we get started. You DON’T have to be seen you can always ‘hide’ your camera so NOONE can see you but you can see me.
  • Make sure you have enough space to work-out and there are no obstacles or trip hazards.
  • Ensure the room is well ventilated.
  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • You may want to make sure no one else is connected to the Internet or streaming content whilst you are in your live online XO sesh to keep your Wi-Fi strong and stable.
  • By taking part in the class you accept full responsibility for any accidents, injury or death sustained by yourself or anyone in your household, this includes any damage to property, during the session, and if you have any medical or health conditions you will have sought advice from your GP to ensure you are safe to exercise, as your Instructor cannot keep you safe in the same way as when delivering a live class with you.
